Body: Average. A Pitta is never cold.
Skin: Sensitive, Irritated, acne (rosacea), allergies, ligh/red skin tone, reckles. Easily burn in the sun.
Hair: Thin, soft, blond, red, early grey.
Eyes: Normal size, blue, reddish in the white.
Main organ: Small intestine.

In balance: Energetic, enterprising, dynamic, intelligent, fearless, effective, demanding, organized, goal orientated, sharp intellect, sensitive, thoughtful.
In imbalance: Easy irritated, impatience angry, critical, frustrated, demanding, hostile. Excesses, control issues. Stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, heartburn, skin irritations, allergies.
Causes of imbalance: Like the fire, you want to ”swallow” everything but you risk getting burned out. Pressed relationships, high demands on yourself and your environment, too much work and frustration. Control issues.
Stress reaction: Irritation, anger, criticism.
Eating habits: Regular, do not want to skip a meal, strong appetite, strong digestion fire.
Food: Drink boiled but cool water. Ät cool food, not too hot and spicy. Cold salads in the summer are good.

Sleep: Deep, short, recovery.
