Causes of imbalance: Overwork, overstimulated, stress, sudden changes in life, travel, time zones, irregular habits, lack of sleep.
Stress reaction: Worry, memory loss.
Eating habits: Irregular appetite and digestion.
Food: Drink boiled, hot water and eat warm cooked food, especially in winter time.
