Vata oil (in treatment):
A synergy with 12 essential oils. Oils like Basilica, Lavender, Fennel, Marjoram, Geranium, Orange, Mandarin, and Sandalwood.

In imbalance: Worried, nervous, impulsive, stressed, fragmented, impatience, plan less. Bad confident and decisions anxiety. Pain in muscles and joints. Constipation.

Causes of imbalance: Overwork, overstimulated, stress, sudden changes in life, travel, time zones, irregular habits, lack of sleep.

Stress reaction: Worry, memory loss.

Eating habits: Irregular appetite and digestion.

Food: Drink boiled, hot water and eat warm cooked food, especially in winter time.

Spices to balance Vata; Ajwain, fenuegreek, fennel, ginger, chamomile, cinnamon, cardamom, clove,cumin, star anise. 

Sleep: Little need for sleep, light, worried.
