HERBS

‘One day I will have my own herb garden’. I can see it. Fresh herbs with all it’s amazing benefits and taste For now, living in a apartement, I have a plant light for the herbs’.



○ PARSLEY

Parsley is well known for strengthening the functioning of the kidneys and for digestion. Parsley is high in nutrients, notably Vitamin C and Vitamin A. It gives you a fresh breath too. 

There was a time I couldn’t go a day without parsley.

○ SAGE

I use dried sage a lot for cleansing of a space and energies, and for tea, to drink. Fresh sage is magic to use in cooking. Sage is plant medicine.

○ ROSEMARY

Rosemary is rich in antioxidants, increases digestion, and is good for low blood pressure as it stimulates the blood circulation in the body.

○ THYME 

Thyme is mucosal (slemlösande), contains antibacterial oils, and strengthens the immune system. I had a long cold when I started craving Thyme one time.

○ OREGANO

Apart from fresh Oregano there is Oregano Oil. Written about, talked about and it got my attention.

The herb contains lots of antioxidants and important minerals.

Oregano is highly anti-inflammatory, has mucosal (slemlösande) properties and stimulates digestion.
